Its all over for another year.....despite the terrible weather we had some fantastic events and a great turnout over the weekend.  A huge thank you to all those who worked tirelessly to make it a great weekend - it is much appreciated.  A massive thank you to every child and adult who turned out and participated in the events even when the weather was terrible - thank you for coming out and also a huge thank you to all our Sponsors, without you the Festival would not be possible each year.

The site has been updated with a list of winners from the weekend - check out the link on the left.  Don't forget to check out our site again later in the year as we will be organizing the Annual Christmas Festival in December - we first done this last year and it was a huge success and we hope to have another great evening of entertainment again this year.

The Back-to-Back Competition is underway and next heat is in Mary Deeney's on Saturday July 19th, click on the link on the left to get more information.

A new event we are organizing this year is a soapbox derby which will take place Saturday August 2^nd at 6:00pm at Wheatfield.  Click on the link on the left to find out more and register your interest with us now.

We are having 'Its a Knockout' again this year.  Teams consist of 6 individuals and are mixed.  There will be two categories of  under 12's and Open.  The event takes place Saturday August 2^nd at 12:00pm so get your team ready!

If you are interested in having a stall at the Country Fayre on Saturday August 2^nd please contact us by email at mufffestival@mufffestival.com.  We are particularly looking for any individuals or groups growing local produce and home-baked goods.

The Derry Journal Photo Competition will take place this year and all photos will be on display in the field on Saturday and judging will take place on Sunday August 3^rd.  The categories at u-16's and Open.  You may submit an entry in person to Euro Style hair salon in Muff Village, or, alternatively you can email a copy of your photo to tommydoherty@mufffestival.com.

Don't forget to bring your pets along to the Annual Pet Show in the Festival Field on Saturday Aug. 2^nd at 2pm.  See link on left for more info.
