After a long month of hard work and late nights for both Lorna & Ann the end is finally here.  The money has been counted and the Mayoral Campaign Results were announced in The Rock Bar last night.  Both ladies worked very hard and asked us to extend their thanks and appreciation on this site to all to generously contributed in any way and the support they received from their respective groups.

Both Ladies raised impressive sums of money for both their charities and it is truly a credit to them both.  Ann represented Quigleys Point Swifts and raised an invaluable €1550 for the club so congratulations to Ann and big thank you to Ann for all her hard work over the past month.

Lorna represented Muff Sheltered Housing Association and raised an impressive €8700 which is a fantastic sum of money.  Congratulations to Lorna for winning and a big thank you for participating and for all your hard work over the past month.  We look forward to seeing our new Mayor leading the Mayors Parade tonight at 7:00pm and throughout the weekend she will be on hand at many events.
