Rock Bar Friday July 25th

The Squealin' Pig and The Rock Bar were the teams in the last heat of the Back-To-Back on Friday night in The Rock Bar.  It was a very close competition with both teams putting in excellent performances.  The Rock Bar won by a very close margin so congratulations to them.  Thanks to both teams and to Muriel for having us in The Rock.  Finally many thanks to Hugh P who provided the music each night.

That now leaves us with our final 3 teams - The Cruisers, The Chancers and The Rock Bar who we will see at the final in Foodys Lodge on Monday August 4^th.  Doors open @ 9pm and admission is €5/₤4.  Music by Men Behaving Badly.

Mary Deeney's Saturday July 19th

Another great night of talent at Mary Deeney's on Saturday night.  Both Mickey Doherty and John Kelly's teams were outstanding and it was a very difficult job for the judge.  On another night both teams deserved to go through to the final.  However a winner had to be chosen and The Chancer's were the winners on the night.  We look forward to seeing them again in Foody's Lodge for the final.  Thanks to Jim & Marie for having us last night!

Carmans Inn Friday July 11th

Everyone had a great night at the first heat of the Back-To-Back on Friday night held in the Carmans Inn.  After a bit of late start, but we had Hugh P entertain the crowd, The Carmans team took on The Cruisers and both teams were excellent.  However in a close battle The Cruisers were the winners and will now progress to the final.  Huge thanks to the folks who joined The Carmans team at the last minute and to Aaron.
