Muff Festival will run this year from Friday July 31^st to Monday August 3^rd.  We are busy planning and organizing events.  If you have any ideas or would like to attend a meeting please come along to St Mary's Community Hall on Tuesdays at 8:30pm or send us an email to mufffestival@mufffestival.com, alternatively give us a call on 086-2106201. 

We are looking for Mayoral Election Candidates for 2009.  If you are part of group or charity who would like to nominate someone please send us an email or call the number above.  Closing date for applications is Friday June 26^th.

We are organizing a charity Star in Your Eyes night for Monday August 3rd.  If you are interested in taking part please contact Linda at 087-3247431 (Entrants must be over 16yrs of age). 

This year we are modifying the format of our festival program to become an A5 size booklet where individuals and businesses can advertise - you can take out a business card size advert, a half page, full page or double page.  For more information please call us at the number above or email us at program@mufffestival.com.  There will be 5000 booklets printed and distributed - all donations will be used to produce the booklet and contribute towards the running of the festival events over the weekend.

As we have more information about this year's festival this site will be updated.  Starting thinking about taking part in this year's Mayoral Parade on Friday night and start gathering up your bits and pieces for the soapbox derby on the Saturday evening!  All racers are invited to display their soapboxes at the Mayoral Parade on Friday night.
